Questions for discussion

1.  Amazons success can be contributed to the wide use of the Internet, in the market place today, because the consumer can buy and sell the things that they are looking for on the Internet, and it has a good referral service that can help to keep the prices down, and they can find rare and hard to find items. With the broad selection of items on display the company can always find customers that have a need for there products.Which add value to the customer.

2.  The importance of comparison tools and product reviews are need tools when shopping on line, those things can help a customer to get the best product, pricing, color, and demand for the item,it also let the consumer know where the item may be at in store's. Reviews tell how a product will perform and that in turn helps the buyer too get the best bang for there dollar.

3.   I thank that this is a very good site for dog lovers all over the world, because you can find that special toys for your dog, therefor if you have a dog that you love this site is for you. I think that this store could survive in the physical world , because they serve a very big audience and we often treat our dogs better than our spouse.

4.   In the build to order world the customer will have the most say in the items that they want ,because they are the ones that are selecting the items that are being orded, they have the pick on pricing, color, number of items, and selection of choice. The only thing that I see the problem in is the fees for restocking, those can be very costly if you decide to not want the item most stores have a restocking fee.

5. The online travel services are very popular, because of the way that you can shop for the best price and the best value for your money, the travel agent can offer a wide range of packages that can give you the best buy for your dollar, therefor the industry is in constant  battle to gain new customers. The reason that they offer free information ,the more they offer the more traffic they get to come to the site.

6.The on line trade market can give a trader a lot information about a specific trade or securities the market is going global, and it is very inexpensive ,convenient, and supported by a tremendous amount of financial and advisory information. Trading is very fast fully automated, and efficient ,and it is moving toward 24/7 format. However you do not have that touch of a real person to deal with, and you will not be able to read the face of the broker that is performing the trade.

7. The use of this site is one that is a value based e-comm site that lets the user find the best deals for flights and vacation sites at the low low, this gives the consumer a vast welth of information for the site, and helpes them to get the bigest bang for there dollar.

8.  The advantages of this type of e-comm site is that you can down load lots of information quickly  and you can often get copys of music, movies, to be very mobil and full of content. But sometimes the customer likes to have the phiyical  hard copy.

webshopping

Web shopping can be a very good thing, because you can shop online in the comfort of your own home. But the best thing is that you don't even have to get dressed, no need to go out in the rat race to get the things you want, all can be delivered to your home. Some people make a modest living doing the online stores or being what they call secret shoppers , and can be a go to for the brands of the stores in question, but for the most part you can use the web to find rare and hard to find brands, makes, and model of things that you want. Some of the on line stores, that have a very good on line market are,
  • Nike.com
  • Timberland.com
  • priceline.com
  • zappos.com/shoes
The site that I liked the most was the Timberland's site because it was the easiest site to use and it was very user friendly and the site was very very good, also it was a lot smoother than the Nike web site.
